Super pleased to host Jordan Crosthwaite, coffee professional sourcer/trader based now in Maine, US.

I had the chance to meet Jordan while being in NYC. He started his coffee career as barista at Café Myriade in Montreal, founded by Scott Rao, to later move to NYC to one of the best roasters in town, Parlor Coffee. I met Jordan while he was helping Nordic Approach to develop activities in North America. Jordan works now as a freelancer, connecting roasters to the right producers and helping companies in Colombia. He has an extensive experience in travelling in the origin countries.

Let’s hear a bit more about his point of view on the complex journey of coffee and the very interesting challenge he’s addressing to specialty roasters.
